Confirmation and Payment
The holiday is confirmed as booked when SSF issues written confirmation that the booking form and deposit (or full balance) has been received.

All correspondence will take place between SSF and the party leader. The latter shall be responsible for all payments for the party as a whole. Any relevant discounts will be forfeited if communication is not restricted to the party leader or full payment is not received by the due date.

The final balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before departure otherwise SSF reserves the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply.

Price Guarantee
Once your holiday has been booked, the price is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges. However we do reserve the right to amend our prices at any time before you book and you will be advised of any amendments before you book. A supplement will be payable if clients wish to keep beds empty.

Cancellation
A cancellation by a client will only be effective when written notification has been received by SSF and cancellation charges will apply as follows:

More than 8 weeks before departure: loss of deposit

8-4 weeks: 50% of total cost of holiday

4-2 weeks: 75% of total cost of holiday

Less than 2 weeks: 100% of total cost of holiday.

If one occupant of a twin/double cancels, cancellation charges will apply in addition to a single supplement payable by the remaining occupant.

Alteration by SSF
It is unlikely that we shall have to make any changes to your holiday but we reserve the right to cancel or amend the booking. In the event of a major change or cancellation, an alternative holiday will be offered if it is available. If the offer is not acceptable, the client will receive a full refund.
